So I am sure that I am not the only one with a toddler who want's to go to school with his big sister. His newest thing is packing a lunch in the morning like sissy. He takes it with us to take her to school, and then totes it around until lunch time. He thinks this paper bag of food is the coolest.

So here's proof that my monkey's feeling better. This is yesterdays lunch, ravioli. He feels better and can devour, not just eat, food again!

Okay so it's been a long time since the last entry. But we haven't done much since school started. We have circulated strep throat and are just over hand foot mouth as well. AWFUL!!!! Anyway. I was so excited about elizabeth's shirt this morning. We bought her a new school shirt this year, but it's too hot to wear her tshirt yet. So we altered last years too small one. I cut out the logo and transferred it onto a tank top and blinged it out for her. My first blinging experience, and I have to say it's worth it to buy them at boutiques! But she was excited to wear it today.

Dad was here for the weekend, and we took him to the Children's museum in Pheonix.Elizabeth thought he would love it, as he's "part kid" she says. Our kids love it there, they can get in abd play everything. I even let them paint in the art studio this time. That night we also went to Kobe steakhouse for dinner. It's a teppan grill where they cook at our table. The boys eyes were fixed on the chef, with all his food flipping, fire and flames. Pappa went home sunday night and hopefully didn't take our colds with him!!

Back to School!! Off to school. A morning full of nerves, as anyone who knows Elizabeth would suspect. But still we all got ready and out the door pretty smoothly. She requestd grapes for snack, and mac n cheese for lunch. And a new picture of cousin Jamison in her backpack. It was nice too be cooled to 85 degrees at 8:00 this morning from the overcast sky.She did see her friends, and that's her new teacher in the vest. Can't wait for her to get home, and see how it all went!

Last Week of summer. Okay with summer ending,I think it's too soon. My surgery robbed me off so many fun plans. But Ethan was sick last week so we couldn't really go anywhere. So we had some fun at home. Paper plate aquariums, Ethan's first finger painting, playdough, and sock puppets. The kids had a blast!

The week before school started Tiffany and I tok the kids to ride the carousel at Superstition Springs Mall. A real eyecatcher at two levels, but a RIP OFF for three dollars!! Obviously we rode anyway.
